Desk Top Valuations

The Desk Top valuation is still a relatively new product in the UK. As the name implies the Desktop valuation is carried out ‘at the desk’ by a surveyor who uses a range of information, to make an assessment of value. Our surveyors base their valuations on:

comparable property sales within the postcode or nearby location
local estate agent information
historical data

This information is assessed by one of our surveyors who then produces a valuation and report on the property. This can be turned around in less then 48 hours.

The Desk top valuation is ideal for use in instances such as:

Loan defaults
